We've Moved!

As summer sweeps in, the National AfterSchool Association (NAA) is making a long-anticipated shift of operations to Washington, DC. After an intensive strategic planning process and a significant Spring cleaning, your membership association is now more streamlined in its processes to serve you; more flexible in its ability to meet the demands of the afterschool workforce; and better situated to be a key advocate in the policy center of the country.

Washington, DC boasts more national associations than anywhere in the country and many of the nation's major education and out-of-school time organizations, including several of our partners. As the center of policy, this moves helps position NAA's voice in national discussions that affect our members and the field.

In addition, we would like to formally announce our new partnership with the National Association of Elementary School Principals (NAESP). As part of this effort, NAA and NAESP will present new ideas and strategies for linking schools and afterschool to address the whole child for the whole day.
